Meet The Founder

Elom Goka is a Data Science Consultant and Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with 10 years of professional experience, including 7 years in the United States.

Throughout his career, he has developed analytics and machine learning solutions that transform data into actionable insights and address complex business challenges.

One project he is particularly proud of involved building a machine learning model to identify customers with high future medical expenditure. The model was operationalised across a customer population of approximately one million individuals, with the goal of improving health outcomes while reducing overall medical spend.

Elom is also passionate about developing the next generation of data professionals. Through his analytics courses, he helps aspiring professionals build the technical, analytical, and communication skills needed to create business impact.

He holds a Master’s degree in Analytics from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Economics from Beloit College.
